There are two strands to the Barrow Cadbury contract with the first strand to do with building on the success of a completed programme and focusing on the lived experiences of young adults who engaged with it. We will explore and highlight their journeys, acknowledging the progress made since their involvement. This project will serve as a broader tracking of their stories, offering insights into their current circumstances and the impact of the support they received.

The second strand is to do with our co-design Leadership Program where we have recruited 8 young adults with lived experience to form a Forum/Panel. The project provides them a platform to share their voices, contributing to a sustainable, co-created framework for change. This approach ensures that services and narratives are shaped by those with lived experience, fostering a more inclusive and responsive system.
